Farmhouse in Umbria "Casale delle Lucrezie " was recently renovate and now it is composed of 6 holiday apartments, some of them can also be used as double rooms, "Standard" or "SUITE", and "Triple" rooms.
All of our holiday apartments and rooms have beamed ceilings, exposed stone walls and antique furniture, wrought iron chandeliers and beds in typical Umbrian style.
Each accommodation has an independent entrance, independent central heating, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, bathroom with shower and a splendid view of Todi and the surrounding countryside.
For guests wanting something extra special, we recommend our Suite room (it's one of the room that composed the "Trasimeno" apartment). Thanks to its privileged position, the suite enjoys a particularly spectacular view of Todi and the surrounding countryside. It is furnished with antiques, leather couches and has a wonderful fresco painted by a local artist.

The Agriturismo has:
- Apartment "Todi", with: 2 double bedrooms, a living room with kitchen area, 2 bathrooms; (it is for 2/4 people).
- Apartment "Perugia", with: 2 triple rooms (each one has one double bed and a single bed), a living room with kitchen area, 2 bathrooms; (it is for 2/4/6 people).
- Apartment "Assisi", with: 2 double bedrooms, a small living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms; (it is for 2/4 people).
- Apartment "Spoleto" and Apartment "Orvieto", each consisting of: master bedroom with additional bunk beds, living room with kitchen area and sofa bed (to be used in addition to the bunk beds), bathroom. (each apartment is for 2/4).
Apartment "Trasimeno", with: 2 double bedrooms (one of them is the Suite room), a living room with kitchen area, 2 bathrooms; (it is for 2/4/6 people).
Bed linen and towels are provided for all the apartments, as well as kitchenware and BBQ equipment.
